Job summary

Randstad Employment Bureau in Bristol is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead client relationships in the construction sector and manage a warm freelance desk. You will develop new business, nurture existing accounts and meet clients face-to-face weekly to understand recruitment needs.

You will source high-caliber candidates, tailor ads, and build a network across the market while leveraging the latest recruitment tools and training offered by Randstad.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or staffing, preferably within construction or senior roles.
• Proven ability to develop and manage client relationships and new business.
• Strong sourcing and advertising skills to attract top talent.

Our construction team is recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Consultant for their Bristol based business. This is a fantastic opportunity where you will inherit a warm White Collar Freelance Desk, working with some of the biggest names in the sector!

On the client side you can expect to:

• Generate old/new client relationships through business development and sales calls
• Manage current relationships within the business
• Grow existing client accounts by identifying further sales opportunities
• Interact with clients to assist them with their recruitment needs
• Meet with client face 2 face on a weekly basis

On the candidate side you can expect to:

• Source candidates matched against pre-qualified specifications for your clients
• Write and tailor advertisements specific to your clients needs
• Conduct searches via: our database, incoming applications, job boards and various online tools
• Build your own network of talented candidates to present to market
• Balancing these two fundamental areas of recruitment are key to you being the bridge between the best clients and their next best hires.
