Randstad UK is seeking a Delivery Consultant for the Construction Sector to join our ambitious team. No prior recruitment experience is required, as our fantastic team provides training and support from day one, helping you build a long-term career in recruitment.

Your day-to-day includes hunting for top construction talent using premium tools, crafting compelling job ads, and acting as the bridge between professionals and their next project.

Delivery Consultant - Construction Sector

We are looking for an ambitious and driven individual who is looking to build a long term career in recruitment. No previous recruitment experience is required, as our fantastic team will provide you with the training and support from day one!

Your Day-to-Day:

• The Hunt: Using a premium LinkedIn Recruiter license, job boards, and our massive internal database to track down top-tier construction talent.
• The Craft: Writing job ads that actually get read (don't worry, we'll help with that) and managing incoming applications.
• The Network: Becoming the go-to contact for construction professionals. You are the bridge between them and their next big project.
