We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis. You will play a key role in the entire recruitment lifecycle, combining business development, client relationship management and candidate placement. The ideal candidate for this role would have experience as a recruiter in the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) market within the HV/Renewables sector. However, we are open to any recruiter at the senior level who has an agency background and is experienced in business development. This is an opportunity to work on a hot desk in a booming sector that is safe from possible economic downturns due to net zero targets and government funding.
The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in the entire recruitment lifecycle, combining business development, client relationship management and candidate placement. This is a full 360 recruitment role and is is expected that the successful candidate is experienced in the end-to-end recruitment process.
