The Position

We are looking for a senior or principal consultant to develop key client relationships and provide honest, pragmatic recruitment services. The construction and property industries face a talent shortage, and your role will be to help our clients stand out as employers of choice through proactive candidate generation, headhunting, and fostering close relationships with candidates.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and develop account strategies.
2. Develop and implement exclusive and retained service offerings.
3. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance our services.
