We are looking to recruit a Senior Recruitment Consultant to work from our London office, collaborating directly with a high-billing manager to support key accounts. Due to growth and restructuring for the New Year, an opportunity exists to join a high-performing team. This team works closely with leading house building companies and maintains relationships with prestigious clients, delivering a high level of service.

As a company, we promote independence for experienced professionals and provide support and training for those at entry level, including industry-related and recruitment-specific training.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will:

1. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from acquiring and nurturing high-value clients to securing placements across diverse industries.
2. Build and deepen strategic client relationships, providing consultative advice to meet their hiring needs effectively.
3. Leverage our global resources, databases, and industry insights to source and match top-tier candidates, maintaining a trusted talent pipeline.
4. Identify and pursue business development opportunities by expanding existing accounts and establishing new client relationships.

About you:
