Key Responsibilities

1. Meet and exceed gross profit targets and KPIs
2. Source, attract, and qualify suitable candidates; invite them to register and interview
3. Develop relationships with existing and prospective clients
4. Collaborate with the Business Development Team and contribute to service proposals
5. Qualify job opportunities, match candidates, and manage recruitment stages from CV review to offer, keeping all parties updated
6. Build positive relationships within teams and with external customers
7. Maintain and develop relationships with candidates and clients
8. Identify and convert cold, prospect, and lapsed clients to increase active client base
9. Meet with candidates and clients to strengthen relationships
10. Maximize candidate utilization and keep database records up to date
11. Ensure candidates meet all safeguarding, training, and compliance requirements before deployment
12. Adhere to legal, financial, and data protection standards
13. Manage placements, conduct check-ins, and resolve issues promptly
14. Monitor placement end dates and source new opportunities for ending placements
15. Perform additional duties as assigned
