Job summary

PB Select Ltd in Leeds City Centre is recruiting a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant to own a defined interim finance market within an established Leeds specialist. Hybrid working and an autonomous desk are on offer, backed by experienced support.

You will need at least two years’ agency recruitment experience and the confidence to develop client relationships as part of a full 360 role, with responsibility for client development, candidate sourcing and delivery.

Interim Finance

Already billing well but covering too many sectors to build a recognised specialism?

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a defined interim finance market within an established Leeds specialist.

You do not need to recruit finance already. Your recruitment ability matters more than the label currently attached to your desk.

The market

You will focus on part-qualified and newly qualified interim finance appointments, including:

• Management Accountants.
• Finance Business Partners.
• Finance Managers.

This is a hands-on 360 role covering client development, candidate relationships and delivery.

The market is defined, but you will have room to shape how you develop it.

Commission

There is no threshold:

• 10% on billings up to £80,000.
• 20% between £80,000 and £160,000.

At £200,000 annual billings, you would earn £36,000 commission on top of your basic salary.
