Job summary

Kingdom People Professional Services is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Havant team. This 360 role offers ownership of your desk, autonomy, and the chance to build lasting client relationships while managing the full recruitment process.

You will develop new business, craft engaging job adverts, source candidates, conduct interviews and guide offers through to onboarding, all while working towards clear revenue targets in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Developing new business through targeted calls, meetings, networking and relationship building
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Identifying recruitment opportunities and gaining a detailed understanding of each vacancy
• Creating engaging and effective job adverts
• Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals and proactive searches
• Interviewing and qualifying candidates to understand their experience, motivations and career goals
• Preparing detailed candidate profiles and presenting suitable shortlists to clients
• Managing interviews, offers, negotiations and candidate onboarding
• Maintaining regular communication with clients and candidates throughout the process
• Developing a strong understanding of your chosen market and providing clients with informed recruitment advice
• Working towards agreed activity, revenue and business-development targets
• Keeping candidate and client information accurate and up to date on the CRM

Kingdom People Professional Services is continuing to grow, and we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our permanent recruitment division in Havant. We are open to applicants at different levels, from an established Consultant looking for their next step through to an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant.

This is a 360 recruitment role where you will take ownership of your desk, build lasting client relationships and manage the full recruitment process. You will join a supportive and collaborative team where quality, communication and doing recruitment the right way are at the heart of what we do.
