Tarka Talent, part of 11 Investments, is hiring a Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultant to join a high-performing, collaborative environment with strong market positioning, established client relationships, and real growth momentum.

We seek candidates who can build networks of top clients and candidates, own the full recruitment lifecycle, lead negotiations, and mentor junior consultants. Hybrid working and excellent progression within a growing group are on offer.
