The Opportunity

This is an opportunity for a recruitment consultant with 12 months or more experience, either within a 360 Recruitment Consultant role. You will be part of a team of 15, with the chance to influence the team's growth and strategic direction. Your focus will be on placing Senior Finance professionals into businesses across the UK & Europe.

The Role:

You will manage the entire candidate and client lifecycle from initial contact to aftercare, delivering consistent performance with energy, credibility, and professionalism.

This includes:

• Candidate identification and interviews
• Client acquisition
• Advising and providing feedback to candidates
• Market mapping of specific candidate pools and headhunting
• Lead generation through relationship building

What we are looking for:

Ideally, you have 12 months or more recruitment experience, particularly in A&F / Senior Finance roles.

The ideal person will:

• You must have 12 months or more recruitment experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
• You must be fluent in English
• Proactive and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism
• Ability to work autonomously within a team
