Metric are hiring for an experienced Life Science Recruiter to join and lead our Life Sciences division in London, under the Metric Bio brand.

This is a unique opportunity to be the first dedicated hire into our London-based Life Science team - meaning you'll have real influence, autonomy, and the chance to scale a team around you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Take the lead in building and expanding the Metric Bio brand in London.
• Partner with some of the most innovative Life Sciences and MedTech companies across the US.
• Represent Metric Bio at industry events, client meetings, and global conferences.
• Be a hands-on leader and top biller – we lead from the front.
• Grow and mentor a high-performing Life Sciences team as the division expands.
• A proven Life Science Recruitment Consultant with a track record of consistent billing and success.
• A natural leader ready to build a team and make your mark.
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment and wants to grow with the business.
