Senior Construction Recruitment Consultant - White Collar Construction Specialist

Join The Sunday Times Top 100 Company to work for & recruit into our rapidly growing white collar construction desk! We're looking for Senior Consultants and above to join our high-performing construction team. This desk is experiencing significant growth following our best year ever in this space! Help us expand our small but mighty team of 2 into something even more impressive.

What are we looking for?

• You will need to have 2/3+ years recruitment experience in white collar construction, with experience in both permanent and temporary placements
• You will need a proven track record of new business development
• You will be a hardworking individual who wants to be part of a company striving to become the UK's most successful Real Estate company
• You need to live & breathe our values, progressive, positive, team focused, driven and trusted.

What will you receive?

• An established client base, a growing pool of candidates & a desk that is expanding rapidly in the white collar construction space
• £30,000-£45,000 basic + 33% commission + an additional 20% for anything you bill over £275K
• Unlimited holiday with a minimum of 28 days to take
