Broadgate’s consultants are highly experienced in the regulatory environment, including FCA & PRA, FINMA & CSSF, BAFIN, the BCCBA, and the US FDS.

With our recently acquired SECO license in place, we are looking for an experienced contract consultant to come in and support the growth of our Swiss contract team, and build out a Change and Transformation Desk.

About the role

We need a Senior Consultant with proven experience in Business Development, Team and thought-leadership and client relationship building, to come and own this space.

You will have the opportunity to partner both with in-brand counterparts as well as collaborating with the wider business functions to enhance your network and build your desk.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients across Financial Services, Banking and Insurance, understanding their hiring needs and providing exceptional service as well as actively seeking new business opportunities and expanding our client base.

Through our communities and networks you will stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics to effectively engage with clients, identify business opportunities and to source and place candidates.
