Evidencia Life Sciences is a specialist Life Science Recruitment Consultancy with over 12 years of experience delivering global Market Access recruitment expertise to the Pharma, Biotech, Consultancy, and Medical Device sectors.

We are recruiting motivated and ambitious individuals with proven experience in exceeding targets to join our growing team as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. The role is based in our central Horsham office. Due to increasing investment, we have warm desks with active roles and fees that are unparalleled in the sector.

Previous experience in the Life Sciences sector is not necessary, as tailored onboarding and ongoing training will be provided by an expert with 20 years of sector experience. We will work with you to create a personalized career path for progression, helping you develop personally and achieve your goals.

Responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant:

• Manage a full 360-degree warm desk with active vacancies, while also generating new business and developing client relationships.
• Headhunt and network within the Pharma industry globally to attract key talent for our established and growing client base.
• Solve high-level strategic problems by understanding the needs and opportunities of the business, candidates, and clients.
• Successfully place candidates into niche positions across the Life Sciences sector.
• Understand market trends and growth within the sector.

About you:

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-term business relationships.
• Keen interest in personal development and seeking a role with progression based on merit.
• Proven track record of high achievement or hitting targets.
