Responsibilities:
  • Building and managing an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates
  • Developing existing and new relationships with clients, proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share
  • Managing a full-cycle recruitment process
  • Providing thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results
  • Managing complex negotiations
  • Working within a team to deliver on both individual and team targets
  • Positively promoting the 11 brand in the market
  • Acting as a role model and mentor for new staff, demonstrating values and work ethic while assisting junior recruiters
  • Supporting managers with training, stepping in when required, and driving initiatives and company values
