The opportunity

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our growing team. You will focus on mid-to-senior level hires across the industry. Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and nurture relationships with key decision makers, hiring managers and candidates
2. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing and assessment to successful placement ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates
3. Drive new business opportunities and map out a target client list within a defined market segment
4. Maintain and enhance in-house CRM to ensure effective candidate networks
5. Source suitable candidates via headhunting, networking, advertising and social media
6. Stay ahead of market trends to provide a consultative service to clients
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve collective targets and contribute to a high-performance culture
8. Strive to hire top talent into the business
9. Help drive the business forward with innovative thinking

Ideal Candidate Profile

1. Previous experience of working in recruitment
2. Relevant experience working with Asset Managers, Asset Owners, Hedge Funds and/or Private Equity firms is desirable
3. Excellent client and candidate management skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships
4. Degree level education
5. High attention to detail
6. Self-motivated, results-driven and team-oriented mindset
