Attega Group Ltd in Portchester is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead a busy, end-to-end recruitment desk across multiple sectors. You will drive new business, nurture client relationships, and manage a warm desk of existing accounts.

The role offers a competitive up-to £45,000 p.a. with uncapped commission, flexible hybrid working, and clear progression opportunities. You will travel within the UK as required.

Qualifications

• Proven 360 recruitment experience in an agency.
• Background in engineering, manufacturing, M&E, energy, construction, or commercial sectors.
• Excellent business development and client-facing skills.
• Able to travel across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle from BD to placement and aftercare.
• Identify new business opportunities via outbound sales, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
• Take job briefs and advise on recruitment strategy, salary benchmarking, and market conditions.
• Source, screen, and interview high-quality candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and headhunting.
• Manage end-to-end process including interviews, offers, and onboarding support.
• Liaise with hiring managers to book interviews, obtain feedback, and share results.

Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant?

Have you managed a successful recruitment desk in any of the following sectors - engineering, manufacturing, M&E, energy, construction, industrial, or commercial sectors?

Attega was founded in 2020, quickly becoming a successful recruitment business and is the recruitment arm of the TS Group of companies which were founded in 1997, that currently incorporates Tapflo & Sychem.

We are currently seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

The main purpose of this role is to identify and pursue new business opportunities, instigate and nurture client relationships, and drive revenue for the company.

This role will also involve managing a portfolio of existing client relationships as part of an already established warm desk.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle from business development through to candidate placement and aftercare
• Identifying new business opportunities through outbound sales activity, networking, referrals, and market mapping
• Taking detailed job briefs and advising clients on recruitment strategy, salary benchmarking, and market conditions
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing high-quality candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, database searches, and proactive headhunting techniques
• Managing the end-to- end recruitment process including interview coordination, offer management, and on boarding support
• Liaising with hiring managers as required, to book interviews, obtain CV feedback, and share interview feedback,

The ideal candidate:

Must have proven 360 recruitment experience from a recruitment agency environment, ideally with a background in engineering, manufacturing, M&E, energy, construction, industrial, or commercial sectors

Any potential candidate must also:

• Have strong business development and relationship-building skills
• Be confident communicating with both clients and candidates at all levels
• Be self-motivated, target-driven, and organised
• Have the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities at once
• Have a proactive and consultative approach to recruitment
• Be prepared to travel to meetings across the UK.
