• Proven experience in education recruitment.
• Evidence of previous billings.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

• Take ownership of an established warm primary or secondary desk.
• Develop and grow the desk through business development and account management.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, candidates and clients.
• Deliver strong billings and contribute to team targets.
