Tradewind Recruitment in Manchester seeks a Recruitment Consultant to connect education professionals with schools across the UK. You will interview and qualify candidates, build strong relationships and manage your own pipeline while working toward weekly KPIs.

Starting salary £30,000 with uncapped commission from day one, 35 days leave, and ongoing training. No recruitment experience required; your attitude and ambition matter most as you progress through our Impact Academy.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience from restaurants, bars, hotels or customer-facing roles.
• Sales background in any sector (B2B/B2C) considered.
• Teaching background or experience transitioning to recruitment an option.
• Graduate applicants are welcomed, especially those who balanced study with work.
• Athletic or competitive sports involvement demonstrates drive and resilience.
