Job summary

Ritz Recruitment Ltd in the North East is seeking an Education Recruitment Consultant to inherit a warm desk and maximise earnings through an uncapped commission structure. You will join a high-performing SEN education team with strong progression opportunities and ongoing training.

You will build long-term relationships with schools and educators, identify new business, and manage end-to-end recruitment from BD through to placement, with a supportive team culture and hybrid working options.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Education Recruitment Consultant or similar role.
• Strong ability to grow client relationships and manage accounts.
• Track record of revenue generation and meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a warm, established desk with schools and education professionals.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across the North East region.
• Recruit and place teaching and support staff into schools.
• Provide a consultative, professional service to clients and candidates.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from BD to offer and placement.
