Job summary

OCU Group is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment for specialist and senior roles across utilities and engineering. Based in Scotland, you’ll partner with senior stakeholders, shape hiring strategies and drive inclusive, data-driven recruitment processes.

You will lead market mapping, proactive headhunting and talent pooling while ensuring a first-class candidate experience and alignment with OCU’s growth ambitions across construction, utilities and infrastructure.
