Job summary

Sereact GmbH is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of roles across the EU and US. Hybrid work in London, Boston, or Stuttgart, partnering with hiring managers to build pipelines and close strong candidates in a fast-moving robotics environment.

You will design interview processes, create scorecards, and maintain data integrity in Ashby while scaling our talent function. German language skills are a plus for Stuttgart-based hiring and automotive/robotics

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and non-technical hiring.
• Experience recruiting in a startup or fast-growth environment with high-volume reqs.
• No specific degree requirement; track record matters more than credentials.
• German language skills are a plus for Stuttgart-based hiring.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of roles from intake to offer.
• Manage offer strategy and negotiation with hiring managers and leadership.
• Track time-in-stage across pipelines and unblock stalled candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and calibrate interview processes.
