Job summary

Alexander Mann Solutions seeks a Senior Recruiter for Early Careers & Campus to support a major client with early career hiring and candidate engagement. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders and drive improvements in Emerging Talent within a fast-paced environment.

The role is permanent, based 4-5 days per week at the client site in Birmingham, offering opportunities to shape talent strategy and work closely with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability within Early Careers & Campus hiring.
• Strength in stakeholder management & engagement.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strength in presentation and facilitation, event management, organization, managing conflicting priorities, problem-solving, and strategic thinking around large processes.
• Ability to use effective communication skills with the ability to negotiate with and influence others and be clear, engaging and professional in written communications.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Demonstrated success in leading process improvement, operational excellence, and transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing and partnering with senior leaders across recruiting, operations, and business functions.
