AMS is seeking an Early Careers & Campus Recruiter for a 12-month FTC onsite in Birmingham. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for Work Experience, T-levels, and Apprenticeships, delivering both attraction and selection activities and owning a key talent project.
You should have proven experience in Early Careers recruitment, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to optimise processes while ensuring exceptional candidate experience across multiple geographies.
This is 12 months FTC with an onsite requirement in Birmingham: 3 days/week.

You’ll work as part of the wider Emerging Talent team responsible for Work Experience, T-level, Apprentice, Intern, Industrial Placement and Graduate hiring. Your role will be working in a “360” capacity delivering both attraction and selection activity, alongside being responsible for a key project related to Emerging Talent hiring, expected to be within (but not limited to) Work Experience, T-level and Apprenticeship hiring.
Managing full life-cycle recruitment for vacancies, you could be supporting Work Experience, T-levels, Foundation/Modern Apprenticeship or Degree Apprenticeship hiring at different parts of the year, alongside delivering a suite of recruitment and non-recruitment attraction activity directly to potential applicants.
Exceptional candidate experience, decreasing time-to-hire, and ensuring a best-in‑class quality of delivery are central to the aspirations of the team. With a distinct focus on emphasising the activity which really helps support strategic objectives and skills acquisition, your activity will directly tie into helping us achieve those objectives.
This role is best suited for someone with Early Careers, or Emerging Talent, recruitment experience looking to take on more accountability, or project oversight, whilst working on behalf of a household client name.
