Job summary

Freedom Leisure is seeking a Senior Recreation Assistant to help keep our leisure centres welcoming, clean and safe for all customers. You’ll contribute to delivering great customer service and support across our teams.

We provide full training, a clear career path, and a benefits package including pension, cycle-to-work, staff membership and development opportunities. Hours are 37 per week on a rota basis, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to relate to customers of all ages and abilities.
• Well developed interpersonal skills.
• Team oriented and able to work across organisation boundaries.
• Flexible and able to follow instructions.
• Demonstrated passion and energy for the leisure industry.
• NPLQ qualification or training can be provided.
• DBS check to be carried out.

Responsibilities

• Ensure centres are welcoming, clean and safe for all customers.

• Support the delivery of services across the team.
