Qualifications
- Requires recognised qualification in leisure management or related field.
- Experience in leisure or similar industry beneficial.
- Must have or be willing to obtain National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ).

- Supervise lifeguard team and pool rotations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
- Oversee pool area cleaning and equipment setup.
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle queries.
