An established mental health charity is seeking a Senior Recovery Navigator to join their Community Rehabilitation Service in Bristol. The Community Rehabilitation Service is an award-winning service provided by Second Step in partnership with Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust and Missing Link. Shaped by people who have used mental health services, the Community Rehabilitation Service gives people the support they need to achieve their hopes and goals. We are passionate about recovery and the service is trauma-informed. The post will be based in our accommodation service in Brentry, Bristol.
You will work as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team delivering specialist interventions, ensuring that services are tailored to individuals' cultural and social needs.
