Job summary

Change Grow Live's Forth Valley service in Stirling is recruiting a Senior Recovery Coordinator to provide operational leadership and support high-quality practice. You will lead day-to-day delivery, guide frontline staff, and strengthen multi-agency partnerships to improve outcomes for people affected by substance misuse.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in substance misuse services.
• Experience managing complex cases involving risk and safeguarding.
• Confident providing professional guidance to colleagues.
• Strong understanding of recovery-oriented and trauma-informed practices.
• Ability to build relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills.
• Passionate about improving outcomes for people affected by substance misuse.
• Ability to balance operational priorities with quality and service user outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support and ensure safe, effective practice.
• Act as specialist resource for frontline staff on complex cases.
• Support management of high-risk cases and multi-agency partnerships.
• Contribute to quality assurance, case file audits and service improvement.
• Develop workforce through coaching, mentoring and guidance.
• Deputise for Team Leader when needed.
• Promote innovative treatment pathways and continuity of care.
• Strengthen partnerships with key agencies.
