Job Title: Senior Reception Administrator

Location: St Paul's, London

Type: Permanent, Full-time (7.45am – 4.45pm, 1hr lunch)

Salary: £26k to £27k depending on experience

We are seeking a Senior Reception Administrator to join our team at the Roodlane Medical client site. You will be responsible for providing excellent front-of-house service and administrative support.

Your duties will include greeting clients and visitors, managing appointments, and supporting clinicians with secretarial and file management tasks.

Roodlane Medical specializes in corporate healthcare, offering services like executive healthcare, occupational health, nurse case management, health screening, private GP services, physiotherapy, chiropractic, and osteopathic assessments.

  • Provide administrative support to Primary Care and Occupational Health teams, and external medical suppliers.
  • Be familiar with the Primary Care Medical System (PMS) and Occupational Health Case Management system (CMS).
  • Manage Occupational Health cases referred by ER/HR, including data upload and correspondence.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • GCSE grade C or above in English and Mathematics or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, or similar software.
  • Experience in healthcare administration or reception.
  • Ability to work flexibly, accurately, and maintain confidentiality.
