The Ivy Collection’s Granary Square Brasserie in London is seeking a Senior Receptionist to deliver a warm, professional guest experience from a bustling all-day dining venue in King's Cross.

You will support the Reception Manager, help supervise fellow receptionists, and uphold high standards of service and hospitality in a vibrant city setting.

• Must deliver a warm, professional first impression to guests.
• Assist Reception Manager in building an efficient department and support welfare, safety and development.
• Able to supervise other receptionists and maintain service standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests and ensure smooth check-in/check-out experience.
• Support the Reception Manager in daily operations and team welfare.
• Supervise reception staff to uphold brand standards and courteous service.

Key elements of your role as Senior Receptionist includes ensuring all our guests receive a positive, warm and professional first impression of the restaurant. You will assist the Reception Manager in the building of an efficient department, by taking an active interest in the team's welfare, safety, and development. You'll also be able to supervise other receptionists, ensuring that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained.. .
