Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Senior Consultant for the Real Estate Advisory team. You will help clients think strategically about how buildings can transform work, using data to analyse portfolios and develop robust business cases.

You will lead multidisciplinary project teams, resolve complex problems, and build strong relationships with stakeholders across public and private sectors to unlock growth and resilience.

Qualifications

• UK Real Estate sector knowledge required.
• 2-5 years in consultancy or client-side roles.
• Experience creating Business Cases and Estate Strategies.
• Knowledge of the HM Treasury Green Book 5-Case Model.
• Experience in Defence/Local Government/Central Government/Healthcare/Education/Commercial sectors.
• Strong client-facing communication.
• Desirable: industry qualification or degree in Real Estate/Construction/Surveying.
• Desirable: SC clearance or willingness to attain clearance.
• Desirable: leadership of teams.
• Desirable: financial analysis of investment options.
• Desirable: Excel/Power BI data analysis.
• Desirable: understanding of benefits management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and tailor real estate solutions.
• Conduct feasibility studies and support business case development.
• Provide expert advice on real estate trends.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver on time and budget.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across Scotland and identify opportunities.
