Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United Kingdom seeks an Associate Director to join its Real Estate Advisory team. You will help clients think strategically about how buildings can transform work, engage senior decision-makers, and develop business cases to unlock funding.

You will lead multidisciplinary project teams, conduct feasibility studies, analyse real estate portfolios with data, and produce estate strategies across health, education, defence, and government sectors.

Qualifications

• Essential: UK Real Estate knowledge.
• Essential: Experience drafting Business Cases and Estate Strategies for Real Estate change and investment.
• Essential: Knowledge of the HM Treasury Green Book 5-Case Model.
• Essential: Experience in Defence / Local Government / Central Government / Healthcare / Education / Commercial sectors.
• Effective communicator who listens and understands client needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaboration and Problem Solving: work closely with clients to understand their requirements, developing tailored real estate solutions for real problems.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis (e.g. feasibility studies) to support the development of business cases and estate solutions.
• Industry Expertise: Provide expert advice to clients on the latest real estate and sector industry trends.
• Lead and Inspire: Guide multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality and influential solutions on time and to budget.
• Business Generation: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Scotland, both internal and external, identifying new opportunities and preparing compelling proposals.
