Turner & Townsend is seeking a proactive Consultant for its Real Estate Advisory team. You will help clients think strategically about how their buildings could transform work strategies, using data to analyse portfolios and develop robust business cases to unlock funding opportunities.

Formación

• In-depth knowledge of the UK Real Estate industry.
• 2–5 years’ experience in a consultancy and/or client‑side environment.
• Knowledge of HM Treasury Green Book 5‑Case Model.
• Experience authoring strategic documentation such as Business Cases/Estate Strategies.
• Experience across Defence/Local Government/Central Government/Healthcare/Education/Commercial sectors is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and develop tailored real estate solutions.
• Conduct in-depth research and feasibility analyses to support business cases and estate strategies.
• Provide expert advice on real estate trends and sector developments.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to identify opportunities and prepare proposals.
