Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Manchester seeks an experienced Consultant to support Real Estate Advisory teams. You will engage with client leadership, run workshops, and translate data into workplace models and space requirements.

The role demands strong communication, strategic thinking, and excellent project management across multiple projects. You will help develop workplace improvement proposals, support bid preparation, and ensure progress is communicated to clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in workplace strategy or design/corporate real estate consulting.
• Degree preferable but not mandatory.
• PRINCE2, MSP, MRICS, APMPQ or PROSCI certification desirable.
• Experience managing workplace consulting and real estate projects.
• Experience using technology and workplace/real estate data.

Responsibilities

• Develop workplace strategy options and assist in concept finalisation.
• Meet with client leadership, run workshops, and analyse surveys.
• Translate data into workplace models and space requirements.
• Manage projects to meet fee objectives and coordinate resources.
• Prepare bid proposals and provide regular client communication.
