Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a proactive Senior Consultant in Real Estate Advisory to help clients think strategically about their buildings. You will work closely with key decision-makers, using data to provide insights into real estate portfolios and unlock funding opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in consultancy, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a strong understanding of the UK Real Estate industry.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of the UK Real Estate industry.
• 2-5 years’ experience in a consultancy and/or client-side environment.
• Experience authoring strategic documentation including Business Cases.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to develop tailored real estate solutions.
• Conduct in-depth research to support business cases.
