Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a proactive Associate Director to join our Real Estate Advisory team. You will help clients think strategically about how their buildings can transform operations, using data-driven analysis to support compelling business cases.

Qualifications

Ability to author strategic documents including Business Cases and/or Estate Strategies for Real Estate change and investment.
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams on complex real estate projects.
Strong knowledge of the UK Real Estate sector and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and develop tailored real estate solutions.
Conduct in-depth research and analysis (e.g., feasibility studies) to support business cases and estate strategies.
Provide expert advice on real estate trends and sector developments to clients.
Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to identify opportunities and prepare compelling proposals.
