Shakespeare Martineau is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor to join the Sheffield team. You will work across acquisitions, disposals, secured lending, portfolio management, development and landlord/tenant matters, with opportunities to collaborate nationally.

The role offers flexible working with a supportive team, opportunities to build relationships, and involvement in business development within a national firm.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial real estate experience with 3-5 years PQE.
• Desire to develop and grow client relationships and exceed expectations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High initiative and ability to cope in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent organisational and prioritising skills.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of Real Estate work including acquisitions, disposals, secured lending and portfolio management.
• Work on development matters and landlord/tenant issues.
• Build internal and external relationships and collaborate on larger deals.
