Job summary

Think Legal Recruitment is seeking a Senior/Associate Solicitor for Real Estate (4 years + PQE) to join a leading national law firm with a strong Northern presence. The role is based across Leeds, Sheffield and Manchester, focusing on development-led and high-value real estate transactions.

You will handle a varied caseload, advise on acquisitions, disposals, property finance and landlord/tenant matters, and collaborate across planning, construction, corporate, banking and tax.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years PQE.
• Strong transactional real estate experience with development focus.
• Commercial and pragmatic with ability to engage directly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Advising on acquisitions and disposals, development projects, investment work, property finance and landlord/tenant matters.
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients and building trusted relationships.
• Collaborating with planning, construction, corporate, banking and tax teams on multidisciplinary matters.
• Supporting business development and contributing to team growth initiatives.
• Senior level: supervising and mentoring junior team members.
