The role emphasizes leadership, financial acumen, and operational excellence across leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and tenant relations from a remote setting.

You will guide property operations, lead remote teams, and ensure compliance with housing regulations while driving efficiency and profitability on a geographically diverse portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in property management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of property operations, leasing, financial management and asset management principles.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs and improve property profitability.
