Job summary

Regent Property is seeking a Property Management Team Leader to guide a small team of Property Managers, ensuring high service levels, compliance and performance. You will be hands-on, managing a smaller portfolio while focusing on team development, process improvement and client satisfaction.

You will develop staff, streamline processes and maintain strong relationships with landlords while delivering exceptional client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential property management with prior team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of lettings, property management and relevant legislation.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Proactive and solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and support a team of Property Managers.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure KPIs and deadlines are met.
• Maintain a high level of client service and build strong relationships with landlords.
• Support with complex property management issues and elevate where required.
• Ensure compliance across all aspects of property management.
• Conduct regular one-to-ones, provide feedback and support team development.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Work closely with the Lettings, Accounts and wider teams.

YOU’LL BRING

• Experience dealing with overseas or investor landlords would be an advantage
