About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Real Estate Portfolio Manager to lead the strategic management of their extensive property portfolio in Randburg, Gauteng . This senior role involves overseeing the performance of diverse real estate assets, driving value enhancement initiatives, and ensuring optimal financial returns. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in portfolio strategy, financial analysis, asset management, and stakeholder relations within the commercial real estate sector. This is a leadership position requiring a strong understanding of market dynamics and a proven ability to manage complex portfolios effectively within the vibrant Randburg business hub.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for the real estate portfolio to maximize value and return on investment.
• Oversee the financial performance of the portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Conduct market analysis, identify investment opportunities, and recommend acquisitions or dispositions.
• Manage relationships with tenants, property managers, brokers, and other key stakeholders.
