Placements24 is seeking a strategic Property Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties. The role focuses on maximizing asset value, driving financial performance, and leading tenant relations within Randburg’s area.

The candidate will lead strategic plans, manage budgets, supervise maintenance, and ensure regulatory compliance, with opportunities for career advancement in a dynamic property management group.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in property management or portfolio management.
Strong financial acumen for budgeting and reporting.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day management of a portfolio of commercial and residential properties.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance property value and financial performance.
Manage budgets, operating expenses, capital expenditures, and revenue targets.
Ensure efficient operations, including maintenance and vendor management.
Build and maintain tenant relationships and oversee leasing activities.
Conduct regular property inspections and drive asset preservation.
