The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience, a proven sales record, and a robust network in the regional CRE market.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Agent or broker.
• Proven track record of successful commercial property transactions.
• In-depth knowledge of the Randburg and wider Gauteng commercial property market.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong network of contacts within the commercial real estate industry.
• Valid real estate license and a commitment to ethical practices.
