Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Leeds is seeking experienced project management professionals to deliver construction and refurbishment schemes in the Retail sector. You will lead end-to-end commissions and act as the day-to-day client interface to ensure objectives, time, cost and quality targets are met.

The role covers strategic advice at conception, planning, governance, cross-functional leadership, and active management of budgets and KPI-driven performance.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in a relevant discipline (desirable).
• Proven experience managing construction/refurbishment projects (essential), ideally in a consultancy environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management commissions from inception to delivery.
• Act as the day-to-day client interface and ensure projects meet time, cost and quality targets.
• Develop and monitor project plans, budgets and governance processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage procurement and resources.
• Monitor KPI-driven performance and report progress to clients and stakeholders.
