Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the Real Estate Project Management Team in Cambridge. You will contribute to a dynamic, diverse group, handling commissions of varying scale and collaborating across sectors on a rotational basis.

The role involves leading project delivery, client liaison, strategic input at conception, governance and KPI-driven performance, and cross-selling opportunities with existing and new clients.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in construction, real estate or project management.
• Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally as required.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and written.
• Professional membership desirable, such as RICS, PMI, or CIOB.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage delivery of complex real estate projects
• Act as day-to-day client interface ensuring objectives are met
• Provide strategic advice at project conception to achieve client goals
• Establish success criteria including time, cost, technical and performance
• Plan for and manage quality, safety, health and environment issues
• Establish governance, processes and systems for the project
• Produce the detailed project plan and monitor performance using KPIs
• Manage change control, finances, and timely reporting
• Lead marketing and business development activities, including bid preparation
