KMA Legal Recruitment is seeking a Senior Associate for a leading UK and International Law firm’s Real Estate team. The role involves advising on acquisitions, disposals, and landlord/tenant matters, with a strong emphasis on client relationships and business development.

The candidate must be England & Wales qualified with 5+ years PQE in commercial real estate from a top firm, and be comfortable with a hybrid working arrangement and a 50% home-working policy.

Responsabilidades

• Advise on acquisitions, disposals and portfolio transactions.
• Handle landlord and tenant matters, leasing and asset management.
• Provide real estate input to corporate and finance transactions.
• Manage day-to-day transaction processes and client relationships.
• Develop new client relationships and participate in BD initiatives.
• Mentor junior lawyers and work with cross-practice teams.
• Deliver commercial advice through collaboration.

A leading UK and International Law firm are seeking a Senior Associate to join their highly successful Real Estate team.

Role

You will work with the team across a broad range of high quality real estate matters for investors, developers, landlords, occupiers and financial institutions.

Responsibilities include:

• Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals and portfolio transactions.
• Acting on landlord and tenant matters, including leasing, asset management and strategic portfolio advice.
• Advising on the real estate aspects of corporate and finance transactions.
• Taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of transactions.
• Building strong and lasting client relationships through excellent service delivery.
• Identifying opportunities to develop new and existing client relationships.
• Contributing to business development initiatives, networking events and profile-raising activities.
• Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers where appropriate.
• Working collaboratively across practice areas to deliver joined-up, commercial advice.

Candidate

You must be England and Wales qualified Solicitor and will have at least 5 years PQE in commercial real estate from a well regarded city or global law firm.
