Job summary

Infinity Quest is seeking an experienced React Technical Lead to provide technical leadership within an Agile delivery team, combining hands-on development with day-to-day oversight of React developers to deliver scalable front-end solutions.

You will drive sprint planning, code reviews, architecture alignment, and mentoring, ensuring adherence to WCAG, testing standards, and enterprise standards across the front-end.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of front-end architecture and component-based development.
• Strong experience with Redux and API integration.
• Proven background in coding standards, testing, and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end activities within a Scrum team and coordinate sprint work.
• Provide technical guidance and day-to-day support to React developers.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure alignment with standards and best practices.
• Plan sprint activities, mitigate risks, and remove blockers.
