Job summary

Coforge is seeking a React Technical Lead to deliver hands-on front-end work while providing technical oversight in an Agile delivery team. You will coordinate sprint activities, mentor React developers, and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture and front-end best practices.

The role emphasizes responsible sprint planning, code reviews, and collaboration with architects to drive quality, accessibility, and scalable UI solutions.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of front-end architecture and component-based development.
• Experience with Redux or similar state management frameworks.
• Strong experience with RESTful API integration and front-end standards.
• Hands-on with GitHub/GitLab and CI/CD practices.
• WCAG accessibility and inclusive UI development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate front-end development within a Scrum team.
• Plan and deliver sprint commitments with Product Owners and Architects.
• Break down requirements into technical tasks and support estimation.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to React developers.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and unblock blockers.
• Collaborate with senior developers and front-end architecture groups.
• Ensure consistent architectures, patterns, and testing standards.
• Contribute to design discussions and technical solution inputs.
• Drive code quality, performance, and developer productivity improvements.
• Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing.
• Act as primary technical contact for front-end development.
