ITG is seeking a Lead Front End Developer to build and maintain web-based products for clients. You will work with React, Typescript, and modern tooling in an agile team with analysts, backend developers, QA, and scrum masters.

The role emphasizes mentoring, defining development strategy, and leveraging Cursor AI tooling to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality and accessibility standards.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Typescript, React and ES6+ with solid REST API experience.
• Experience with Redux, Zustand or similar state management libraries.
• Experience with modern frontend tooling and CI pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead front end development across web products and tools.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver on time.
• Mentor other developers and improve development practices.
• Apply AI tooling to accelerate delivery and maintain quality.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and code reviews.
