Job summary

Randstad CPE is recruiting a RAMS & Permit to Work Coordinator for a major infrastructure project in Peterhead, Scotland. The role manages RAMS and PTW systems, ensuring risk assessments are reviewed, approved and communicated to site teams to maintain safety compliance.

You will work closely with site management, engineers and subcontractors to oversee high-risk activities, track documentation, and support audits. A strong IT and document-control background is essential.

Qualifications

• RAMS administration experience.
• Permit to Work (PTW) coordination background.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Experience working on large infrastructure projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate RAMS submission, review, approval and tracking.
• Coordinate PTW issuing, monitoring and closing on site.
• Produce weekly reports on RAMS and permits; escalate non-conformances.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers and subcontractors during planning and daily safety meetings.
